SEGA Beyond School Msichana wa Kisasa Program
Msichana wa Kisasa is a community outreach program serving girls aged 10–25 years by equipping them with practical knowledge, life skills and opportunities for personal and economic empowerment. The program currently reaches approximately 2,500 girls annually across 32 villages in 6 districts in Morogoro, Dodoma and Iringa.
Building Knowledge & Confidence
The program creates opportunities for girls to learn about issues that directly affect their lives and future. Through safe, supportive learning spaces, participants gain knowledge that can strengthen confidence, decision-making and their ability to navigate everyday challenges.
